These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website https://lowbarpod.com, associated platforms (including Supercast), and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

3. Membership and Subscription

3.1 Access and Benefits

The Low Bar Podcast offers a monthly membership subscription that includes:

  • Monthly Ask Me Anything Live calls with the podcast hosts

  • Access to episodes transcripts

  • Access to a private online community with the hosts and guests

  • Other benefits which may be added or discontinued at any time

Memberships are hosted via Circle (https://circle.so) and payments are processed through Stripe or PayPal.

3.2 Recurring Billing

Memberships automatically renew every month or annually unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

By subscribing, you authorize us and/or our payment processors to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis.

3.3 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your membership at any time through your Circle account or by contacting info@lowbarpod.com.

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • You are entitled to a refund within 30 days of your most recent payment.

  • Only the previous month/year’s payment can be refunded if multiple months/years have been billed.

  • Refunds for prior months, years or partial periods are not provided.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on The Low Bar Podcast website, podcast episodes, transcripts, branding, related materials and the Low Bar Pod community platform are the exclusive property of Dropship Breakthru LLC, Jon Warren, and Ben Knegendorf.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without express written permission.

All rights are reserved.

5. Collaborations and Guest Contributions

The Low Bar Podcast features guest interviews and collaborations.

While we may feature third-party content or ideas, we do not endorse or guarantee any statements, claims, or business opportunities discussed by guests.

6. No User-Generated Content

The website does not allow user-generated content such as comments, forums, or uploads.

Any communication from users should be directed through approved contact methods.

7. Disclaimers

All information provided on the podcast, website, or through membership content is for entertainment and educational purposes only.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of St. Croix County, Wisconsin.

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
